A little note on how we are insuring the safety of our guests and employees.
We want to ensure that we are keeping to our standards with social distancing as well as standards that protect our guests and staff.
All Ally’s team members will be wearing masks and gloves and will be sanitizing surfaces between guests. We will have sanitation stations throughout the dining room as well.
We would like to make this process smooth and we would like to remind everyone to be courteous of others and practice social distancing.
In light of this very fluid situation with our public health and the ongoing Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation we have been evaluating the well-being of our guests, and our team as this global issue unfolds into our local communities. As an organization, we have always practiced a high standard of safety and sanitary procedures mandated by local health codes. We want you to know what we are doing to ensure the safety of our guests, friends, and family. We have implemented another layer of additional precautionary steps in our efforts to stay healthy and do our part in prevention.
• We have increased the frequency of all hand washing, disinfecting, and sanitizing procedures of our Team including our catering department.
• We are encouraging our guest to call their orders in to have them ready for pick up instead of ordering their takeout orders on site.
• We will be continue providing curb side pickup for to go orders placed by phone.
When you call and place your order, please inform our team that would like to have it curb side. You may also pay over the phone or pay in person when you arrive. When you arrive please park in front of the Ally’s main doors on the curb side. Our team will approach the vehicle, ask you your name, complete the payment process and then get you your order.
We will continue to be proactive and communicative, making adjustments as needed for the further health and safety of us all. We are asking for your help in coming together as a community to ensure everyone is staying safe over the upcoming weeks.
